These terms apply to your use of maixcoaching.com, which is operated by MAIX WORKS LLC, a Florida limited liability company, under the mAIx coaching name ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

Information only

Content on this site describes our programs and is for general information. It is not legal, technical, security or financial advice for your situation. Program details can change.

Booking a call

Booking or holding a call does not create a client relationship or any obligation for either side. Any engagement is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Fees and refunds

Nothing is sold or paid for through this site, and no price is quoted here. Fees, the payment schedule and any refund or cancellation terms are set out in the consulting agreement signed by both parties before the work starts. Those terms govern; nothing on this site changes them.

Results

Examples on this site describe past work and are not a promise of specific results. Outcomes depend on your team, your systems and how the work is carried out.

Our content

The site, including its text, design, logo and the mAIx name, belongs to MAIX WORKS LLC. You may share links to the site and quote short passages with credit. You may not copy, republish or sell its content without our written permission. Product names mentioned on the site, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Slack, are trademarks of their owners. Mentioning them does not mean they endorse or partner with us.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with how it works, try to gain unauthorized access, or collect information about other people.

Other websites

The site links to and embeds services we do not control. The booking window embeds Google Calendar, and the site links to LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them. See our privacy policy for what that means for your information.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site or its content, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MAIX WORKS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of this site. They do not replace a signed consulting agreement, which governs any work we do together. We may assign these terms to a successor if the business is sold or reorganized. You may not assign them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
