Privacy policy

This policy explains what information mAIx consulting LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as mAIx coaching ("mAIx coaching", "we", "us"), collects through maixcoaching.com, how we use it and the choices you have. If you have a question, email max@maixcoaching.com.
What we collect
- When you book a call. Bookings run through Google Calendar appointment schedules. Google collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address and anything you write in the booking form, and shares them with us so we can hold the call.
- When you email us. We receive your email address, your message and anything you attach.
- When you visit the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and reports general information such as referring site, country, browser and device type. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. Cloudflare also processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- This site does not set its own cookies or run advertising trackers. Google may set cookies inside the booking window when you open it, under Google's own policies.
How we use your information
- To schedule, hold and follow up on calls you request.
- To answer your questions and discuss working together.
- To keep the site running, secure and working well.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Google for calendar booking, email and video calls. See Google's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare for website hosting, security and analytics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
Client work
This policy covers the website. Work with clients is governed by a signed agreement. In our programs, client teams build on systems their company already owns and controls, and we do not store client data on our own systems.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and email records for as long as we need them to talk with you or work with you, and as long as the law requires for business records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email max@maixcoaching.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
