Who is behind this
I coach your people. They build the systems.
Max Birnberg, founder of mAIx coaching. Everything the program teaches was built first inside a regulated business, on its own systems.

The client who became the advocate
Shawn Dym is an owner-operator: a multi-site pharmacy group and its clinics, and businesses in cannabis, consumer brands and software. He used this way of building in his own regulated businesses: dashboards first, then a daily adherence app for the pharmacy team, then a CRM for the clinics. Medication adherence went up 25 percent.
He came on as an advocate: referring the people he knows, and advising mAIx on what a business actually buys.
"I have seen results. I'm a supporter and advocate of this, and I'm recommending it to the people I know."
Shawn Dym, owner-operator, multi-site pharmacy group and clinics.
Why it starts with a real project
You can hire for AI and you can buy AI. You cannot buy people who think AI-first. That has to be built inside the company, on its own work, by the people who do that work.
The best way to learn is on a real project. Discovery finds one for each person, and they build it alongside me, on your systems and inside your rules. They run it after I leave and know how to build the next one. When a company needs a system built outright, we scope that in discovery too.
Start with a conversation
Thirty minutes on your team, the systems they use, and what discovery would turn up.
